Parents swing at naked man, accuse him of trying to touch their children inside JCPenney store

A group of concerned parents chased and beat up a naked man inside a Seattle-area JCPenney store earlier this month -- with one man wailing down on the nudist -- after accusing the man of trying to touch their children.
